With a "vibrantly classic" worship style marked by strong congregational singing and organ, Celebration encourages everyone to join in the journey of faith by being found in, formed by and following Jesus.
This week at Celebration:
Gospel Exiles In A Broken World: Children of a Different King
I Peter 1:1-2
Peter. A man who started as a fisherman and finished as an Apostle of the Risen Jesus. Decades of decisions to take the next step in his journey with Jesus moved him past the influences and experiences of his life into a place of wisdom for living. We - like his audience - may feel like exiles in this world, but only because we have been adopted by the King, and given citizenship in another Kingdom.
Congregational Singing This Week:
Come Thou Almighty King
As The Deer
My Hope Is Built On Nothing Less
Music Specials:
As the Deer - arr. Martin Nystrom
Justin Rito, piano
Prelude:
Christ Is Made the Sure Foundation" - arr. David Johnson
Jane Bosko - Organ
Postlude:
Built on a Rock - arr. Gilbert Martin
Jane Bosko - Organ

Exiles: Identity
1 Peter 1:1-2
This Sunday we begin a new sermon series through the New Testament letter of 1 Peter titled "Exiles." Throughout the fall, we will consider these hope-filled words of the apostle Peter as he encourages the early church toward faithfulness in the face of resistance. Peter opens his letter with a short yet profound greeting that anchors the people in their identity as God's chosen people as they live as exiles in the Roman Empire. How did this identity encourage these early Christians? How does it continue to encourage us today?

Monday Morning Men's Group
Join us at Russ' Northside on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month for a gathering of men. Each gathering will be focused on two Catechism Question and Answers from The Gospel Way Catechism, starting the conversation with the question: "What did you underline from this week's readings?" all while enjoying breakfast together. Celebration Campus Pastor Bill Lindner will facilitate.
The Gospel Way Catechism
In a world flooded with competing visions of meaning and purpose, now more than ever, we need to return to the gospel as the ultimate lens through which we understand life.
For centuries, Christians have passed down the faith through a time-tested tool: the catechism—clear, question-and-answer summaries that ground believers in biblical truth. The Gospel Way Catechism revives this historic practice for the modern era, offering 50 essential Christian beliefs in a simple, accessible format.
But this isn’t just about learning doctrines. Each answer not only teaches foundational truths but also equips you to recognize and resist the dominant cultural narratives shaping our secular age. As you are formed by gospel truth, you are also counter-formed—trained to spot the flaws in self-centered worldviews and respond with the life-giving story of Jesus.

Monday Morning Men’s Group

Grief Share
After the funeral, when the cards and flowers have stopped coming, most of the people around you return to their normal lives. But your grief continues, and you might feel alone. We invite you to join a friendly caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life's most difficult experiences. In this 12-week class, we listen to others; we listen to each other; and we listen to God. Let us walk together through grief toward healing and hope for the future.
This class is offered various times throughout the calendar year. If there is a current class, it will be listed on the Harderwyk calendar linked below in the “class schedule”. If you wish to sign up, visit our Harderwyk sign up page.
