Watershed Sunday Worship

Watershed is one of three worshipping communities that comprise Harderwyk Ministries in Holland, MI.
Rev. Aaron VanDerVeen serves as Campus Pastor. With a guitar-led modern worship style, Watershed encourages everyone to join in the journey of faith by being found in, formed by and following Jesus.

This week at Watershed:
Joel and the Day of the LORD
Joel 1-3

The major theme of the prophet Joel is the “Day of the LORD” which is a day for some of God’s judgment, and for others, hope.  In calling to mind past days of the LORD and looking forward to others, God invites us through Joel to “rend our hearts and not our garments” and return to the God who delivers, restores, and is with us.

This week at Fusion:
Joel: Return to the LORD
Joel 2: 12-17

Join us as we continue our summer sermon series titled "Into the Heart of God: Through the Minor Prophets."  We will spend the entire summer working our way through each of the 12 minor prophets. This week, we consider the word of the LORD from the prophet Joel, who calls God's people into sincere repentance that transforms their lives.  We will consider how repentance is related to Joel's vision of the Day of the LORD and how Joel's words have resonated through the centuries for followers of Jesus.
