Monday Morning Men's Group
Join us at Russ' Northside on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month for a gathering of men. Each gathering will be focused on two Catechism Question and Answers from The Gospel Way Catechism, starting the conversation with the question: "What did you underline from this week's readings?" all while enjoying breakfast together. Celebration Campus Pastor Bill Lindner will facilitate.
The Gospel Way Catechism
In a world flooded with competing visions of meaning and purpose, now more than ever, we need to return to the gospel as the ultimate lens through which we understand life.
For centuries, Christians have passed down the faith through a time-tested tool: the catechism—clear, question-and-answer summaries that ground believers in biblical truth. The Gospel Way Catechism revives this historic practice for the modern era, offering 50 essential Christian beliefs in a simple, accessible format.
But this isn’t just about learning doctrines. Each answer not only teaches foundational truths but also equips you to recognize and resist the dominant cultural narratives shaping our secular age. As you are formed by gospel truth, you are also counter-formed—trained to spot the flaws in self-centered worldviews and respond with the life-giving story of Jesus.

Ashes, which symbolize death and repentance, are placed on the worshiper's foreheads in the form of the cross with the officiate saying, Remember that thou art dust, and to dust, you shall return.
Children, Youth Activities, and Adult Groups will not meet this week to allow everyone to attend the worship service together.

Sermon: The King Arrives: Why Are We With These People?!?
Text: Mark 5:21-43
Key Verse: Mark 5:36 - But Jesus overheard them and said to Jairus, “Don’t be afraid. Just have faith.”
Sermon Snapshot: In rapid succession, the disciples get a front-row seat to see Jesus demonstrate his power over Nature, Evil, Sickness and Death. To get into that position, those disciples had to follow Jesus out of their comfort zone - especially their religiously defined comfort zone! - and stretch their understanding of exactly WHO Jesus is and what He can do. Don't think it will be any different for yourself.

Watershed Sunday Worship
Watershed is one of three worshipping communities that comprise Harderwyk Ministries in Holland, MI.
Rev. Aaron VanDerVeen serves as Campus Pastor. With a guitar-led modern worship style, Watershed encourages everyone to join in the journey of faith by being found in, formed by and following Jesus.
This week at Watershed:
Invitation Into Something Different
Mark 4:1-20
When Jesus taught, He was inviting people to think differently, wrestle with and wonder about what He was saying, and ultimately to be formed by His words in relationship with Him. Some would engage and some wouldn’t. As we look at what is known as the parables about the parables this week, we will experience first-hand Jesus’ teaching for ourselves and be invited into something different.

Celebration Sunday Worship
Celebration is one of three worshipping communities that comprise Harderwyk Ministries in Holland, MI. Dr William Lindner serves as Campus Pastor. With a "vibrantly classic" worship style marked by strong congregational singing and organ, Celebration encourages everyone to join in the journey of faith by being found in, formed by and following Jesus.
Communion Sunday
We do not come to this supper claiming any merit in ourselves. On the contrary, we come testifying that we seek our salvation apart from ourselves and instead, in Jesus Christ. Form for the Celebration of the Lord's Supper II (1964)
This Week's Sermon Information:
Sermon: The King Arrives: He Can Do What?
Text: Mark 4:1-2, 30-41 (NIV)
Key Verse:Mark 4:41 - They were terrified and asked each other, “Who is this? Even the wind and the waves obey him!”
Sermon Snapshot: As his notoriety grows, Jesus now begins to teach using parables - avoiding the distractions of his day so he can stay focused on the Kingdom of God. But don't think he is simply a wise, moral teacher who adeptly uses nature insights to point to matters of the Kingdom! He also commands nature itself, causing his disciples to ask again, "Who is this man?!?"
