Haggai: Priorities & Expectations
Haggai 1: 1-11

Join us as we continue our summer sermon series journey through the 12 Minor Prophets titled "Into the Heart of God."  This week we consider the prophet Haggai who prophesies to the returning exiles in 520 BC. Haggai is offered to call the people to faithfulness in a very specific way - by rebuilding the Temple in Jerusalem. This book helps us recognize in ourselves some common obstacles to faithfulness - misplaced priorities and misguided expectations. How might the Spirit be at work to help us avoid or overcome similar obstacles in our lives today?
