Celebration Campus Pastor Posting

Harderwyk Ministries is a vibrant, gospel-centered community located on the Northside of Holland, Michigan, dedicated to the mission of "reaching the lakeshore and beyond with the Gospel of God’s Grace in Jesus Christ". Operating under the unique philosophy of "United in Mission, Diverse in Expression," we are one united congregation that meets as multiple worshipping communities on a single campus. Our vision is “to see everyone joining in the journey of being found in, formed by, and following Jesus”. We lead through an innovative Collaborative Leadership Model, where the Council entrusts the day-to-day authority to a Collaborative Leadership Team (CLT) consisting of Campus Pastors and the Director of Ministry Operations, fostering a culture of empowerment, mutual accountability, and collective wisdom.

The Celebration community is a cornerstone of Harderwyk, offering a classical expression of worship every Sunday at 9:00 am in our historic Red Brick Sanctuary. This community is defined by its deep respect for tradition, utilizing hymns, harmony, and a pipe organ, often enriched by choir, bell choir, and brass instruments. Celebration is a warm, welcoming environment where the "Gospel of grace for all people" is preached faithfully from the Bible. Beyond the service, the community prioritizes hospitality and relationship-building, often gathering for coffee and fellowship to cultivate life-giving relationships with God and one another.

We are seeking an ordained pastor (preferably from the CRCNA or RCA denominations) to serve as our Celebration Campus Pastor and a vital member of our Collaborative Leadership Team. In this role, you will shepherd the Celebration community through Gospel-centered preaching with a Reformed accent, administration of the sacraments, and dedicated pastoral care. As a member of the CLT, you will work alongside other pastors to give leadership to the whole of Harderwyk Ministries, utilizing a "Consensus Discernment Model" to ensure all voices are heard as we move forward together. We are looking for a leader who possesses the warmth to build deep relationships, a respect for our rich history, and a clear vision for the future of our ministry.
