Executive Pastor

Harderwyk Ministries, a church in Holland, Michigan, composed of three worshiping communities, is seeking an Executive Pastor to join its ministry team. This position serves the Harderwyk community by providing strategic, collaborative, and spiritual leadership in concert with three campus pastors. This includes pastoral leadership as well as administrative, human resources, financial competence, and focus on continuing to cultivate a culture that is both missional and collaborative.
