Wednesday Community Night

Community Night is an excellent opportunity to join in the journey of being found in, formed by and following Jesus Christ. Gather around the dinner table and stick around to get to know others in our community through attending Discovery Kids, GEMS, or Cadets. We invite parents to stay and gather with other adults to learn from the Bible or other Christian resources while their children meet with their groups on Wednesday evenings from 6 to 7:30 pm, September through March.

  • Discovery Kids

    Discovery Kids is a weekly program that meets during our Wednesday Community Night from 6 to 7:30 pm in the lower level of the Red Brick church building.

    Discovery Kids will have a time of supervised play, Bible Study, and a craft or activity.

  • Cadets

    Cadets is a weekly program that meets Wednesday evenings during Community Night from 6 to 7:30 pm in the Anchor Building.

    Cadets helps boys become more Christlike in all areas of life. Each meeting includes assembling with the entire club for the landmarks, breaking up into small groups for Bible study and working on badges, and concludes with a time of games or other physical activity.

  • GEMS

    GEMS is a weekly program that meets during our Wednesday Community Night from 6 to 7:30 pm.

    G.E.M.S (Girls Everywhere Meeting the Savior) provides a safe, welcoming environment to learn about God and remind your girl she’s seen, known, and loved. Through Bible studies and activities, girls will find a place to belong and be loved, and guide your girl through life’s challenges.

  • Community Night Dinner

    A buffet dinner is served in the Great Room of the Red Brick Building from 5:00 to 6:00 pm. The suggested donation for dinner is $5 per adult, $3 per child, or $15 per family. Pay what you can or pay nothing at all, no excuses needed.

  • Check In Process

    All children attending Community Night Activities must be checked-in at our Children's Ministry Check-In Stations.

    Check-In Stations will be in the Great Room during dinner and in the basement and Anchor lobby starting at 5:45pm prior to classes beginning at 6 pm. A staff member will assist you with entering your names and phone number at the kiosk. You will receive a name tag sticker for your child and pick up receipt to give to the teacher when you pick your child up at the conclusion of their class.

    Our staff members will be happy to answer any questions about locations of classes and procedures when you check-in your family before the evening activities.
