For more than 40 years, our annual sale has been a favorite community tradition. This year, we're excited to introduce a fresh new name that better reflects everything you'll find at the event.

The Makers Market & 2nd Hand Sale for Missions brings together talented local makers, handcrafted goods, unique gifts, home décor, baked treats, and a carefully organized second-hand sale—all in one place.

Shoppers come looking for one-of-a-kind Christmas gifts, unique home décor, hidden treasures, and the perfect finds to share with family and friends. With free admission and parking, there’s something for everyone—and every purchase helps support local missions and make an impact in our community.

Join us for the Makers Market & 2nd Hand Sale for Missions—a fresh take on a beloved Harderwyk tradition!

Browse handcrafted items from talented local makers, discover unique gifts and seasonal décor, enjoy homemade baked goods, and explore a quality second-hand sale filled with treasures waiting to be found. Best of all, proceeds help support the mission work of Harderwyk Ministries.

Admission is FREE, so invite your friends and family and spend the day shopping, discovering, and supporting a meaningful cause.

  • Where is the Makers Market & 2nd Hand Sale for Missions held?

    The Makers Market is held in two buildings on the campus of Harderwyk Ministries - 1627 W Lakewood Bvd Holland, MI 49424.

  • Admission

    There is no admission fee to shop at our sale.

  • How can I pay Merchants?

    Please bring cash!

    Many merchants accept card payments, but it is a good plan to have cash to pay the merchants that can’t accept cards.

  • Pigs in a Blanket

    Do you like pigs in a blanket? Well, we have the best! Ours are homemade without preservatives. Each pig is covered with French puff pastry and are huge - perfect for holidays with family. We will have them hot and ready to eat or frozen and sold by the 1/2 dozen.

  • Cookie Room

    Shop for homemade cookies and baked goods by the pound. Pick out your favorites and bring home a container of treats to share with your family

  • 2nd Hand Sale for Missions

    Shop for gently used home and holiday decor items in the Anchor Building. Rather than limit the amount raised by pricing each item, we have decided to accept any amount offered per item in the 2nd Hand Sale for Missions in an effort to collect as much as possible to support Harderwyk Missions.

  • Partner Sales

    Be sure to shop at another sale around the corner at B.Hope for the Holidays at Benjamin's Hope (15468 Riley Street Holland, MI 49424) on Saturday, November 14 from 10 am to 4 pm.

  • How many Merchants?

    You will find over 70 merchants spread throughout both of our buildings.
