Self-control in the Christian's life is to live under the Spirit's control of our lives. Self-control is a fruit of life with Christ that allows us to say "no" to the things that lead us away from life and "yes" to the things that are God's true desire for us.

Join us this Sunday as we continue our journey through the Fruit of the Spirit from Galatians 5:22-23. This week we will study the broader context of this passage in Galatians 5 where Paul talks about the battle taking place between the desires of our flesh and the Spirit. Will we be those who are slaves to our own desires or those who walk in step with the Spirit?
