MISSION TRIPS
Mission Team Volunteer
	Responsibilities:	Attend monthly mission meetings. Assist Mission Team Leader in planning and implementing short term mission trips. Communicate to your worshiping community our mission needs. Communicate regularly with missionaries specific to your worshiping community. Help plan and implement yearly Missions Connections Sunday/Week.
	Estimated Time Commitment:	Approximately 3 hours per month
	Gifts and Passions valuable for this ministry:	Strong passion for missions both “salt-water” and “fresh-water”. Prayer-focused, ability to participate in and/or help organize a short-term mission trip, fundraiser skills.

Mission Team Trip Leader
	Responsibilities:	Organize Fundraisers/Mission Work Teams and trips. Communications coordinator of Mission Projects/Work/Needs for both long-term and short-term Harderwyk supported missionaries. Work closely with Missions Team members and Five “M” Mission Pastor/Leader.
	Estimated Time Commitment:	Variable
	Gifts and Passions valuable for this ministry:	Must have strong passion for missions. Good organizational skills, good communicator/marketer, good people skills.
