Celebration Sound Team Assistant
 

Responsibilities:

Assist techs with running sound on Sundays.  Be a “runner” during set up to test equipment and sound as needed.  Help set up and tear down equipment.
  Estimated Time Commitment: Part of a monthly rotating schedule, usually one or two times per month
  Gifts and Passions valuable for this ministry: Love for Jesus and serving others, willingness to be taught new things.  Ear for music is a bonus, but not vital.

FUSION

Fusion Sound Team Technician
 

Responsibilities:

Assist with sound needs at Wednesday night rehearsals and Sunday morning services.  Attend training session as needed for upgrades to equipment.  Maintain and organize equipment - ongoing.  Set up and tear down equipment for events.  Assist with special services and events as needed.  Ear for music helpful.
  Estimated Time Commitment: Part of monthly rotating schedule, time varies
  Gifts and Passions valuable for this ministry: Serving others.  Need ability to work with last minute changes and finicky musicians and enjoy being part of a team.

Fusion Lights Team
 

Responsibilities:

Part of a rotating schedule to run lights during Sunday Fusion Service.  May involve changing or resetting light settings prior to a Sunday Service.
  Estimated Time Commitment: 1 1/2 hours per month on a rotating schedule
  Gifts and Passions valuable for this ministry: Attention to detail and ability to stay focused.  Minimal skill level is required to run the equipment.

Fusion Power Point Team
 

Responsibilities:

Run power point during rehearsals and services on Sunday mornings.  Input and update songs and presentations prior to Sunday mornings.  Test slide shows and presentations during rehearsal to ensure quality.
  Estimated Time Commitment: Part of a rotating schedule
  Gifts and Passions valuable for this ministry: Typing, willingness to work with last minute changes.  Attention to detail a must.  Creativity is helpful, but not vital.  Volunteers should be comfortable using a computer.

Fusion Administrative Volunteer
 

Responsibilities:

Distributing announcements or outlines in the Great Room prior to Sunday a.m. services, and/or distributing Friendship Pads during the service; also picking up same following each service.
  Estimated Time Commitment: Rotating schedule, 10 minutes before and after service; probable time commitment about 20 minutes every 2 - 3 months

 WATERSHED

Watershed Food Shopper for Sunday AM (Morning)

 

Responsibilities:                  

include purchasing and delivering food for Watershed Sunday morning services.  List will be provided.  Deliver the food to the Anchor by Saturday (noon - 5pm) or early (before 8:30am) Sunday morning 
  Estimated Time Commitment:

This will be a bi-monthly rotating schedule.  We are looking for a 6 month commitment

Watershed AM (Morning)  Kitchen/Food Set-up
 

Responsibilities:

Assist Hospitality Director in preparing and setting up food for both Sunday morning Worship Services.

Watershed Video Camera Operator
 

Responsibilities:

Running video camera at designated Watershed service
  Estimated Time Commitment: Once or twice a month, on a rotating schedule. We are looking for a 6 month commitment
  Gifts and Passions valuable for this ministry: Basic knowledge of video camera, behind the scenes type of person, and reliable.

Watershed Power Point Operator
 

Responsibilities:

Incorporating and operating the Power point slides for both morning services
  Estimated Time Commitment: 6 month commitment
  Gifts and Passions valuable for this ministry: Reliable, behind the scenes type of person, knowledge of computers with Power Point experience.

Watershed Set-up/ Tear Down Crew
 

Responsibilities:

Set-up worship on Saturday evening, tear down after 2nd service on Sunday.
  Estimated Time Commitment: Available on a rotating schedule with other families, 3-4 hours per time, One time per month
