Monthly ministry to prepare 6th grade students for entry into UNDERTOW in 7th grade. Large group activities and experiences based on a biblical theme. | |

Once a month LIFEgroups (small group discipleship), once a month activity or outing, once a month function (dance and more), twice a month large group lessons, we also have several service and spiritual growth trips throughout the year. | |

Responsibilities: |
Throughout the year, music is a key piece of various programs within children’s ministry (Wednesday nights, Vacation Bible School, Christmas Season, etc.). This ministry has opportunities for music lovers who can lead informal group singing with children, play piano or guitar, lead children to sing in a choir setting. | |

Responsibilities: |
Group leaders shepherd preschool age children through Wednesday club activities: story-time, music, and crafts. Group leaders also lead small group time with their group, talking about the story and sharing about the day. | |

Teach age level children’s classes with a partner, using curriculum provided; lead a variety of activities to teach children the biblical story and help them apply it to their lives. | |

Responsibilities: |
Club counselors plan and lead 2-3 GEMS, GEMS, and Cadet club ministries. These leaders serve as Christian mentors and activity leaders for elementary age children through weekly club gatherings. This is a relational ministry in which counselors act as guides to children learning the Christian faith and life. | |

With children’s ministry staff, recruit, coordinate and encourage a Sunday morning teaching team for either the elementary or preschool age-group. Participate in training for team members, coordinate teaching schedule for the team, provide support and encouragement to team members throughout the year (phone calls, notes, etc) | |

Responsibilities: |
Serve as care-giver for infants and toddlers in one of the Harderwyk nurseries (Brick Building or Anchor) on Sunday mornings. | |
| Estimated Time Commitment: | Yearlong commitment; monthly rotation, working with other care-givers; 1 hour orientation prior to beginning service | |
