Greeters/ Hosts
	Responsibilities:	Greet and welcome people in your own worshiping community on Sunday mornings; assist newcomers with information.

Ministry Assistant
	Responsibilities:	General office volunteers to answer phones, sort mail, insert bulletin fliers, assemble newsletters, etc.

Stephen Minister
	Responsibilities:	This is a one on one ministry of trained persons expressing God’s care through regular visiting with persons needing support.
	Estimated Time Commitment:	1 - 4 hours per month
	Gifts and Passions valuable for this ministry:	Gifts of shepherding, mercy, intercession, encouragement. Need a passion for serving and relating to people in temporary crises.

Senior Care Volunteer
	Responsibilities:	Person willing to commit to making regular visits with an assigned person, using basic conversation skills such as listening, reading, or sharing activities/games. Some problem solving or referral may be called for in collaboration with ministry directors.
	Estimated Time Commitment:	1 - 2 hours per week
	Gifts and Passions valuable for this ministry:	of encouragement, mercy, creating comfortable space for seniors. Need a passion for conversation with, storytelling, and listening to seniors.

Senior Ministry Administrator
	Responsibilities:	Administer the various facets of Harderwyk Seniors Ministry in collaboration with Minister of Congregational Care.
	Estimated Time Commitment:	1 - 2 hours per month

LIFEgroup Leader
	Responsibilities:	Lead a small group of people in a Christian community utilizing the 5M’s of Harderwyk as its framework for group activity.

LIFEgroup Coach
	Responsibilities:	Work alongside the LIFEgroup point person coaching LIFEgroup leaders towards success in their small groups. This will happen through regular training, resourcing, and accountability.

	Responsibilities:	Teach a small group or host a seminar for adults on Harderwyk’s Community Night.

Web Site Development Team
	Responsibilities:	Join a group of people in charge of Harderwyk Ministries’ web site. Help with updating content, developing graphic designs, scripting, flash, etc.

Photo Journalist
	Responsibilities:	Take digital pictures of ministry activities that will be posted on the Harderwyk Ministries’ web site, brochures, and promotional pieces.

BUILDING and GROUNDS
Worship Auditorium and Lounge Ambiance Team
	Responsibilities:	Change seasonal dried flower arrangements and Christmas decoration; set up and tear down.
	Estimated Time Commitment:	1-2 hours per month
	Gifts and Passions valuable for this ministry:	Enjoy decorating, attention to detail.

Fusion Great Room Ambiance Team
	Responsibilities:	Maintain and update décor in Great Room as needed, including seasonal changes to banners, greenery, and more. May involve designing, creating, sewing, shopping, gluing, etc. as abilities allow.
	Estimated Time Commitment:	As needed basis; minimal time commitment overall
	Gifts and Passions valuable for this ministry:	Love for Jesus, desire to see a beautiful worship space, creativity or willingness to learn. Artistic gifts a help, but not necessity.

Facilities - Landscape and Flowers
	Responsibilities:	Plant annual flowers, weeding and fertilization of landscape beds. Care of the woods and walking trails.
